Data deletion

Last updated 8 October 2026

TouchTargets is SEO audit and website analytics software, operated by AGR Group. This page explains how to delete your data from TouchTargets, including any data we received from accounts you connected, such as Google (Search Console, Google Analytics).

What data we hold

Depending on how you use TouchTargets, we may hold:

  • Your account details (name, email address, workspace and team members)
  • Your business information (the profile you entered)
  • Data from connected accounts, such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics
  • Website audit results and reports for your sites
  • Billing records

How to request deletion

Use the contact page and choose "Help with my account", with the subject "Data deletion request". Please include:

  • The email address you use for TouchTargets
  • What you want deleted: your whole account, or only the data from one connected account (for example, "only my Google data")

To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm the request from the email address on your account. We delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law. Backups roll off within 35 days of the deletion.

Remove TouchTargets’ access to connected accounts

You can stop TouchTargets from accessing your accounts at any time.

Google: go to myaccount.google.com/connections, find TouchTargets and remove its access. If you added our service account as a user in Search Console or Google Analytics, remove it under Settings, Users and permissions in that product.

Removing access stops new data from being collected. To delete data we already hold, also send us a request as described above.

See our Privacy policy for how long we keep each kind of data.
