This policy applies to paid plans and add-ons of TouchTargets, SEO audit and website analytics software (SaaS) from AGR Group, a proprietorship of Mukkara Rakesh Kumar Reddy, India. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

In short

• Paid plans start with a 3-day free trial; cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
• You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment.
• After 14 days, and for renewal payments, refunds are given only in the cases listed below, or where the law requires.
• The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

1. Free trial

Every paid plan starts with a 3-day free trial. Your first payment is taken when the trial ends. If you cancel before it ends, no payment is taken.

2. 14-day refund on your first payment

If you are not happy, e-mail [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and ask for a refund. You do not need to give a reason. We refund the full amount of that first payment to the payment method you used. This applies once per customer, to the first payment of a subscription. If the subscription is for an add-on, it applies to the add-on’s first payment.

3. Renewals and later payments

Renewal payments are not refundable, except in these cases:

• a duplicate or wrong charge;
• a charge after you cancelled;
• a long outage of the Service caused by us;
• where the law of your country requires a refund (for example a statutory cooling-off right).

To avoid a renewal charge, cancel from the billing page in the app before the renewal date. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

4. How a refund is paid

• Refunds go back to the original payment method. Our payment provider processes them, so the time they take to show depends on your bank or card issuer, usually 5 to 10 business days.
• If a refund is issued, your paid plan ends and your workspace moves to the Free plan (within its limits). You can export your data first.

5. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have by law. If your country gives you a longer refund or withdrawal right, that right applies.
