TouchTargets is SEO audit and website analytics software (SaaS) from AGR Group, a proprietorship of Mukkara Rakesh Kumar Reddy, India. It is a digital service. Nothing is shipped, and no physical goods are sold.

What you receive

• Access to the app. After you sign up and verify your e-mail, you can sign in at app.touchtargets.com. The Free plan is available at once.
• Paid plans. When your payment (or your free trial) starts, the plan’s features are switched on in your workspace straight away, normally within a few minutes. You get a confirmation by e-mail, and a receipt from our payment provider for each payment.
• Your first audit. Once you add a site and prove you own it (a DNS record or a file), the first crawl starts. How long it takes depends on the size of the site; you see its progress in the app and receive an e-mail when it is ready.
• Reports and exports. Reports and exports are produced in the app and by e-mail, and can be downloaded any time while your account is active.
• WordPress plugin. If you use Auto-fix for WordPress, you install the TouchTargets plugin from a download in the app. It applies only changes you approve.

If something does not arrive

If you cannot sign in, your plan does not switch on after payment, or an e-mail is missing, write to [email protected]. We reply within 2 business days and fix access problems first. If we cannot give you access to what you paid for, you can ask for a refund under our Refund policy.

Availability

The Service is online all day, every day. We may take it down for short maintenance and will say so in advance where we can. Third-party services we depend on (such as Google) may be unavailable and are outside our control.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Access continues to the end of the period you paid for. See our Terms of Service and Refund policy.
